A Workers Workout

We used to belong to a gym. Strangely enough about 5 months into our engagement we canceled our membership. Chris' job was no longer just down the road from the gym like mine, so it didn't make sense to keep his, and I wasn't motivated to go if it meant spending more time apart. So we called it quits. But wait, isn't that a completely contra-wedding thing to do! Sounds like it, but we solved the problem with these:

We've been biking now nearly 8 months and we're not talking an easy coast to work sort of a bike ride either, I mean this is San Francisco, have you seen our hills? Many of which I cannot begin to bike up. Buying bikes was probably one of the best decisions we've made. It's an automatic (given it's not raining) 20-30 minute cardio work out every morning, and then a second one in the evening. And it's something we'll continue to do after the wedding to keep ourselves in shape! Cardio galore! What about strength training and warding off girly granny arms and what not? (love you grandma!) We came up with a plan for that too, but that's for another day.
