With the wedding 2 months away, and still no flowers ordered, I decided a round two bouquet trial is in order. Friday, I stopped by the Union Street flower stand again to put in my request. This time - garden peony roses, more bunches of sweet peas, astilbes, and ranunculuses. I had a brief love affair with astilbes, but am really thinking they are not for me after all. But the order was already when I changed my mind, so if I don't like them they will at least pretty up the apartment for a few days. I also still have anemones in mind, but they are not in season to put in a request. I gathered a few more inspirations for round two. Here they are, both images are from The Brides' Cafe:
Somewhat of a stark contrast from my other flower posts! I'm going softer and more feminine;no dahlias this time around. Wish me luck!
