SOLD OUT

We learned our lesson. When you decide on something for your wedding, get it. After all that sparkling wine tasting we went to order our winner, and they had sold so much there was no longer enough for our wedding. Needless to say we ordered our red wine right then, and it is sitting safely (is it safe James?!) in James and Rebecca's house. So we did a second.. ehem.. third round of sparkling wine last night. I mean, we do love sparkling wine, so it's not like we are so sad to be drinking it all the time. Mimosa anyone? It just feels like a set back when you think you have something figured out, when indeed you do not because no one bothered to order the wine!

So here was our new roundup. Cremant de Limoux Laurens brut, Cremant de Limoux Antech Cuvee Eugenie, Cremant de Bourgogne Domaine Voarick, and the 2001 Gloria Ferrer Royal Cuvee brut.

Oh my and what lovely cheeses, what pray tell are those? Two of those are cheeses we planned to have to start our reception. Smart, right? Eat what our guests will be eating with the wine. Of course! The cheese well, they are nums, and I will tell you more about them another time. Mmm. Cheese.

The winner?! We liked several, but we thought everyone would enjoy numero two, the Cuvee Eugenie. As soon as we decided, we made our purchase! Done. Finally off the list. We hope you will enjoy popping the bubbly as much as we do! Also if anyone is in need of sparkling wine this week, knock on our door.
